What is InstantAlert?

InstantAlert is a service that monitors Vinted 24/7 for new listings that match your search criteria. You receive an instant alert when a relevant listing is posted, so you can always be the first to respond.

How does it work?

Getting started takes less than a minute:
  1. Create your free account.
  2. Set up a new alert in your InstantAlert dashboard for Vinted.
  3. Pick your filters - think price range, brand, size, keywords, or anything else you'd normally search for.
  4. Hit save and you're done!
  5. We'll monitor new listings around the clock and notify you by email or push notification as soon as something matching shows up.
No more refreshing the page or missing out on deals - we handle the searching for you.

Does this also work for specific categories?

Yes, absolutely. When you create a new alert in your dashboard, you can select a specific category as one of your filters. Combine it with other filters like price, brand, or size to narrow things down even further. We'll then only notify you about new listings in that exact category.

Safety & Privacy

Do I need to share my Vinted login?

No. InstantAlert never asks for your Vinted password or login credentials. We monitor public listings - you simply set your search filters directly in InstantAlert. Your Vinted account stays completely safe and private.

Can I get banned from Vinted for using InstantAlert?

No. All checks run on our servers, not on your device or IP address. We use local proxies in the same country as your Vinted domain, so everything looks like normal browsing traffic. Your Vinted account is never at risk.

Does InstantAlert use auto-buy or automation on my account?

No. We only send you notifications when new items appear. You always decide what to buy yourself. Unlike some alternatives, we never interact with your Vinted account, so there is no risk of bans from automated purchasing.

Why is InstantAlert safer than alternatives?

Many Vinted alert tools require your login credentials, run checks from your IP address, or use auto-buy features that can trigger account bans. Some even run checks from your phone, draining your battery and data plan. InstantAlert is different: all checks run on our own servers through country-specific proxies. We never need your password, your IP address is never exposed to Vinted, there is no battery or data usage on your device, and we never automate any actions on your account.

Searches, Monitoring & Alerts

How often are the platforms checked?

That depends on your plan:
  • The Free plan checks every 10 minutes
  • The Pro plan checks every 3 minutes
  • The Premium plan checks every minute

How quickly do I get an alert after a new listing appears?

After we detect a new listing, the alert is sent within a few seconds. How fast we find listings depends on your check interval (10 minutes for Free, 3 minutes for Pro, or 1 minute for Premium).

How many search alerts can I create?

That depends on your plan:
  • Free plan: you can create up to 3 search alerts in total. They stay active for 3 days and then expire automatically. If you want more alerts, you'll need a paid plan.
  • Pro plan: you can have up to 7 active alerts at the same time. Each alert stays active for 15 days. You can also pause alerts when you're at the maximum so you can free up space for a new one.
  • Premium plan: you can have up to 25 active alerts at the same time. Each alert stays active for 30 days. Here too, you can pause alerts when you reach the maximum.
You can upgrade at any time if you need more alerts or longer durations.

Which notifications can I receive?

You can receive both email and push notifications. Enable push notifications by downloading our mobile app. You can toggle each type on or off per alert.

Can I pause a search alert?

Yes. Everyone can pause a search alert. Please note:
  • Free plan: you can pause alerts, but a paused alert still counts towards your maximum of 3. You also can't extend them.
  • Pro and Premium: you can pause, delete, and extend alerts. Paused alerts do not count as active, so you can create a new one while others are paused.
Pausing is useful when you temporarily don't want new alerts, without losing your search.

Do I get alerts for listings that already existed?

No, we only detect new listings that were posted after you created the alert. We don't send alerts for listings that were already there before.

Why are my email notifications paused?

To prevent your inbox from being flooded, we automatically pause emails if a search alert finds too many results in a short time. This happens in these cases:
  • Too many results in a row: for the Free plan when your alert finds new results 15 times in a row, for Pro when this happens 10 times, and for Premium when it happens 5 times in a row.
  • Too many results in a short time: when an alert finds more than 40 new results in 2 hours (Free) or in 1 hour (Pro/Premium).
In that case we pause email notifications for that alert. You can then make your search more specific (for example by narrowing the price range or setting a smaller region) and re-enable email notifications by editing the alert.

Can I change a search alert after creating it?

Yes, you can edit your alerts at any time. Changes take effect immediately and the system continues monitoring based on your new criteria.

Pricing & Plans

How much does InstantAlert cost?

We offer three plans:
  • a Free plan (€0)
  • a Pro plan (€3.99/month)
  • a Premium plan (€7.99/month)

How does the Free plan work?

With the Free plan you can create up to 3 search alerts in total. Each alert can stay active for up to 3 days. After that it expires automatically and you'll need a paid plan to continue. You can pause alerts. The Free plan works on Vinted.

How do the Pro and Premium plans work?

The Pro plan lets you have up to 7 active search alerts at the same time, with 15 days of active time per alert. The Premium plan gives you up to 25 active search alerts at the same time, with 30 days of active time per alert. You can pause alerts, delete them, or extend them. Both plans work on Vinted.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term commitments. After cancelling, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period, after which you automatically move to the Free plan.

What happens to my search alerts if I downgrade?

If you downgrade to a plan with fewer alerts, you'll need to delete some alerts to meet the new limit. Note: Free users cannot delete alerts, and all 3 Free alerts expire after 3 days of active time.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, unless you downgrade to a lower plan-in that case you keep your higher plan until the end of your billing period.

Do I receive an invoice for my subscription?

Yes, after each payment you automatically receive an invoice by email. You can also find all your invoices in your account dashboard.

Account & Privacy

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We use RevenueCat for payment processing, which is PCI-compliant and trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not store credit card details on our own servers.

What happens to my data?

We only store the data needed to provide the service: your email, your searches, and the results found. We never share your data with third parties, and you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account at any time via the settings page. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

How can I change my password?

Go to Settings and click on “Change password”. You'll receive a link by email to set a new password.

What should I do if I'm not receiving alerts?

First check your spam folder. Make sure email notifications are enabled in your alert settings. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.

Does InstantAlert work on mobile?

Yes! Our website works fully on all mobile devices. You can manage your alerts from your smartphone or tablet.

What uptime do you guarantee?

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Our system runs 24/7 and continuously monitors Vinted. In the rare event of downtime, we resolve it as quickly as possible.
